Just one last time peddling three pieces, in case some have missed my barrage of shameless self promotion. On Monday, over at The Lit Pub, I have a review of James Reeves’ brilliant big road book, The Road To Somewhere.
Early this morning, the brand new Bong is Bard took a chance on my story “4th Week in Rehab.” Thank you, editor/writer Valerie Walter for the balls to run this.
And in a bit of a surprise, as it was scheduled to run later this month, The Monarch Review published my short story “The Sun Eaters.” This is hands down my favourite short story in quite some time. Maybe even the last few years. I’m so happy it found its place in Seattle’s coolest lit and arts zine. Thank you, editor Jacob Uitti for literally letting me have my editorial way with this story. I thought it was important it stand the way I originally wrote it.
